Be part of our team and contribute to education, culture and environmental protection
We believe in fostering a dynamic and diverse team dedicated to our mission. Our recruitment process is designed to identify talented individuals who share our passion. Here is an overview of the various stages you can expect when applying to join the Foundation:
- Online Application: Submit your application through our online portal, highlighting your motivation, qualifications, experience, and alignment with our mission. Please upload your application compiled as one pdf.
- Pre-screening: Our recruitment team carefully reviews each application to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and compatibility with the role.
- Video Calls with Hiring Manager or Committee: Shortlisted candidates participate in 1-2 video calls with the hiring manager or other members of the hiring committee. These conversations delve deeper into your background, skills, and how your experience aligns with the Foundation’s goals.
- Work Sample (written or verbal): Depending on the role, we may request a work sample. This could involve a written assignment or a verbal presentation during a video call. This step allows us to assess your practical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Onsite Interview: Successful candidates are invited for an onsite interview, where they meet the hiring committee consisting of all relevant stakeholders from our end. This face-to-face interaction provides an opportunity for you to learn more about our Foundation and for us to assess your cultural fit and interpersonal skills.
- Reference Calls: Following a successful interview, we may conduct reference calls to gain insights into your past performance and work ethic. We value input from your previous employers or colleagues to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your professional background.
Our Commitment: We are committed to providing a transparent and respectful recruitment process. Throughout each stage, we strive to communicate openly and promptly, keeping you informed about your progress.
Equal Opportunity Employer: We strive to embrace diversity and are dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace that values all perspectives.
We look forward to getting to know you better throughout our recruitment process. Thank you for considering a career with us. Together, let’s make a positive impact on our community and beyond.
